Refund Policy

1. Workshops

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Eligibility:

• More than 7 days before workshop: Full refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

2. Digital Products and Courses

Due to the nature of digital content:

Once access has been granted, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Provider.

4. Refund Process
