Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Become Businesses AS, a company registered in Norway with organization number [ORG NUMBER], ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), and any individual or entity purchasing or accessing our services ("Client", "you", or "your").

1. Scope of Services

Services include:

  • In-person workshops

  • Online courses

  • Digital educational materials

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes.

2. Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed when:

  • Payment is completed, or

  • Workshop booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in applicable currency and include taxes unless otherwise specified.

Full payment is required before access is granted.

4. License and Use Restrictions

Upon purchase, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

The Client shall not:

  • Share access credentials

  • Copy or reproduce materials

  • Distribute content

  • Sell or sublicense materials

Violation may result in termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content remains the exclusive property of the Provider.

No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Business losses

  • Financial losses

  • Loss of profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Business results

  • Financial outcomes

  • Professional success

All implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the Client.

8. Termination

Access may be terminated for violation of these Terms.

No refund is required in such cases.

9. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
